IGNITING THE SPARK
Through speaking, I tell my story and stories of other leaders who have gone through the challenges and blocks that you are facing; to encourage, motivate, inspire, influence and to help you find a little bit of yourself in them. I help in creating a sense of belonging and kinship.
Topic: GREAT LEADERS ARE NOT SUPERHEROES.
I debunk the idea that leaders have to be superman or wonder-woman to be successful. I strongly believe that leaders are humans and as long as they are humans they will fail, fumble and falter; the key is to acknowledge it and then take actions.
Topic: DO YOU FEEL LONELY AS A LEADER…YOU ARE NOT ALONE.
I share my perspective on why leaders feel lonely and how it’s often self-inflicted. I talk about deepening self-awareness and building strong networks for leaders and the role of an organization in facilitating open dialogues for their leaders.
Topic: FROM CLOSETS TO BOARDROOMS.
I challenge organizations to open up to failures and conversations around failures. Leaders in all the fields whether its sports, politics, entertainment go through a downtime so why are leaders in the corporate world treated differently? I urge leaders and organizations to remove the stigma attached to temporary failures and setbacks.
Topic: HOW TO NAVIGATE THROUGH TODAY’S DISRUPTIVE WORLD.
Today besides their day job, leaders are expected to stay on top of current trends, embrace and lead change, make tough decisions, inspire other and much more. But what happens if the leader is blocked? I talk about this phase that all leaders go through and yet it has no name – Leader’s Block
Topic: CONTINUE, START AND STOP FOR WOMEN LEADERS.
My keynote is broken into 3 parts, what should women leaders continue doing, start doing and stop doing. I encourage the leaders to relook at what’s holding them back, to redefine their path and definition of success, to build a network of trusted advisors and to take action to navigate their career and their lives.
