Every leader is different and unique and therefore one size doesn’t fit all. This is my guiding principle. I meet the leaders where they are in their leadership journey. I pace, mold and customize my style to match their requirement. I challenge them yet provide a safe space for them to reflect and step back.
I work with integrity, honesty, and trust and expect the same from my clients. For me, confidentiality and trust are non-negotiable in a coach-coachee relationship.
My passion is to support and be part of people’s journey as they navigate through new situations, new behaviors, new roles, new teams or even new companies and geographies.
My coaching approach is pragmatic and results-based. I believe in stretching the leaders out of their comfort zone while supporting them with compassion. My business background helps me to follow a structure that resonates well with the leaders. I use a structured approach yet flex and adapt to match the leader’s pace and needs.
It’s all about creating awareness and getting measurable results. I use my welcoming warmth and empathy to support the leaders during their journey.
My areas of expertise are preparing high potentials for new responsibilities, helping leaders build strong networks and manage stakeholder, helping leaders influence without authority, and enabling and equipping leaders to have difficult conversations and manage conflicts.
